Why does the system ask for a password in ´MyAccounts´? I have forgotten the password. I can´t log into my account.


The password feature protects your account from unauthorized access. If you have forgotten your password,
type in your email address and use the links provided to have the password sent to the email you originally registered with.
If you have never set up a password simply go to your account, type in your email address and when asked for a password, type in the one you wish to use.

If you are inputting the correct password but the system still keeps asking for it, you may have ´cookies´ disabled on your computer. When you enter a password, a ´session cookie´ is used to store that information so the site knows who is trying to access the account and whether or not access should be granted. Reset your browser to allow ´cookies´ to run. If you are running a firewall, allow it to ´trust´ our site and then log back into MyAccounts. If you are still having trouble, please use the Trouble Shoot page provided for that purpose.
